Agricoltura BiologicaThe oil is produced with the local “Peranzana” olive variety, cultivated in San Severo in the Daunia, an area in Apulia famous for its olives. It has a green color, a fruity flavor with vegetable perfumes of grass and green tomatoes. Accredited by SINCERT, it’s a product with high dietetic and gastronomic potentialities. It can be used to prepare all kinds of food, traditional dishes, grilled fish. It’s also perfect to taste it raw.
